FFCI — Federation of Football Coaches in India

Corporate CSR partnerships

Across India, football is taught by people who never had access to coach education — at schools, colonies and community grounds. A CSR partnership with FFCI funds that education and carries it into communities: courses, workshops and sustained local programs, including dedicated children’s and girls’ football work.

One funded coach reaches players season after season, at every age they will ever coach. It is among the highest-leverage contributions in Indian grassroots sport.

Designed with you, not sold to you

  1. Geography & participantsState, district and grounds named up front — and who the program serves: schools, community grounds, dedicated girls' football, coach cohorts.
  2. Delivery & safeguardingWho coaches, on what schedule, under FFCI's Code of Ethics and child-safeguarding requirements — written into the program, not appended to it.
  3. Monitoring & evaluationSession records, participation registers and outcome measures agreed at design time, with a reporting cadence your CSR committee sets.
  4. Reporting & learningUtilization and outcome reporting in the format your CSR-2 filing needs, and an honest account of what worked and what will change.

Program budgets are modeled per design — geography, cohort size and duration set the cost. Illustrative funding bands are shared in the conversation, never quoted generically.

The evidence

442coaches through FFCI-organized courses
8years of courses, programs and awards
~26,520players reached per year, estimated

Method, as of July 2026: 442 coaches have completed FFCI-organized courses (max 24 seats per course; totals summed per course). Reach is estimated at roughly 60 trainees per coach per year; some coaches step away from active coaching, so the true figure may be lower.

Theory of change — the measured axis

  1. InputsCSR funding for coach education and program delivery where course fees cannot reach.
  2. DeliveryLicence courses, workshops and sustained local programs, organized and hosted by FFCI.
  3. OutputsQualified coaches on real grounds — courses completed, sessions delivered, participation recorded.
  4. OutcomesChildren and communities coached week after week, season after season — including dedicated girls' football.
  5. EvidenceRegisters, reports and reviews shared with the funder on the agreed cadence.

Who your funding flows through

CSR funds are deployed through FFCI’s registered non-profit entity — the structure Indian CSR law requires of an implementing agency — governed by trustees, run by a named team, and answerable to the Code of Ethics every member coach signs. The people are public: meet the federation.
